Spring Soccer Practice to Start April 4

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

On Monday, April 4, regular spring practice for the coming soccer season will begin when Coach C. M. Burgess will start work with the candidates led by Captain C. W. Heath '22.

The period of training will be very short, lasting only until the April recess. No definite arrangements have been made for games as yet, but if sufficient interest is shown, the management is expecting to have outside games scheduled.

The call for candidates is meant not only for experienced men but for all in the University who are interested in the game, especially those who expect to go out for the team in the fall. Coach Burgess has often stressed the point that little or not experience is needed for good players to be developed, and that brawn is not so essential as brains.
