Louis Butler McCagg '22, of New York City, N. Y., was reelected captain of the University crew after the Yale race last June. McCagg, was captain of the 1922 Freshman eight on which he rowed at No. 6. In 1920 he rowed at No. 4 in the University boat and last year at No. 5.
