Although the University was beaten by both Oxford-Cambridge and Princeton, Syracuse won from the former 4 to 3 and the latter 5 to 2. Seven veterans of last year will be in the Orange line-up today.

With improved passing and a stiffer defence, the University shows markedly better play today than in its preceding games.
