BASKETBALL GAME OFF BECAUSE OF SICKNESS

Entire New Hampshire Team, Including Coach and Two Substitutes, Subject to Epidemic of Grippe--University Will Practice for Game Tomorrow

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

New Hampshire State College's basketball five will not take the floor against the University quintet tonight. The game was cancelled last night by the Granite State team, when it was found that every member of their team, two substitutes and Coach W. H. Cowell have been caught by a local epidemic of grippe.

The Crimson five will go through a light shooting practice this afternoon in preparation for the game tomorrow night with Worcester Polytechnic Institute at Worcester. Captain Gordon may start this game, but it is doubtful if he will be ready to play a hard game after his recent attack of grippe. McLeish has suffered another ankle injury and will probably be lost to the team for another week.
