A tablet, bearing an inscription written by President-emeritus Eliot, will be erected to the memory of Theodore Roosevelt '80 on the house at 38 Winthrop Street, where he lived while at the University. This memorial tablet is being placed on the building under the auspices of the Roosevelt Memorial Association, Incorporated, of New York city.
At the dedication exercises on October 27, former Congressman Charles G. Washburn '80 of Worcester, an old classmate of Roosevelt, will give the address of presentation. Professor A. B. Hart '80 will preside.
