Freshmen Nose Out Huntington 35-33 by Winning All Three Places in Shot Put -- Schoolboy Sets New World's Record in High Jump

The Freshman track team defeated Huntington School at the Boston Y. M. C. A. yesterday afternoon by a score of 35 to 33, clinching the meet, in the closing event by taking all three places in the shot put.

Spinney of Huntington was the individual star, capturing two first places and one third place, and being largely responsible for the victory of his relay team over the Freshman quartet. Allen was the high scorer for the Crimson, totaling eight points.

G. W. Robinson of Huntington broke the world's interscholastic indoor high jump record with a jump of 5 feet 11 3-8 inches. The former record was held by John, DeWitt of the Clinton High School of New Jersey with a height of 5 feet 11 inches.
