In order to make use of the athletic equipment which is left in lockers at Hemenway gymnasium, the University Squash Courts, and the Big Tree Swimming Pool, at the close of the college year, the Department of Physical Education has decided, in accordance with last year's action, to turn over such articles as can be used to the Social Service Committee of the Phillips Brooks House Association.

The following statement was given out yesterday in relation to the lockers in the buildings under the supervision of the Department of Physical Education:

"The lease on each locker at the Hemenway gymnasium, University Squash Courts, and the Big Tree Swimming Pool expires the Wednesday before Class Day. All articles not removed from the lockers on or before that date will be considered abandoned, and placed at the disposal of the Social Service Committee of the Phillips Brooks House Association".
