P. B. H. DRIVE NETS $2400 WILL CONTINUE NEXT WEEK

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With somewhat over $2200 in cash and an additional $200 in pledges already turned in and with more than a dozen collectors still to be heard from, the Brooks House drive committee announced last night that the campaign would be continued on Monday and Tuesday in order to allow all collectors to finish covering their districts. The committee will be in the Crimson Building to receive money today between 12 and 1 o'clock and Monday and Tuesday evening between 8 and 11 o'clock.

It was announced at Phillips Brooks House yesterday that the necessary funds for continuing the social service work this year are not at hand at the present time and the extensive program of that department must be seriously curtailed unless the funds are forthcoming from the present drive. The entire quota of $4000 will have to be raised by Tuesday night if the social service work is to receive the full share planned for it in this year's budget.
