NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Of the 70 candidates for the University Instrumental Clubs, 45 were retained. These men will be classed as provisional players, under the new arrangement. More candidates were retained this year than in previous years, in order to make a more thorough selection afterwards. Among the new members are several players of considerable talent, who with the nucleus of last year's musicians, are expected to bring the performance of the clubs to a high standard.
