REGISTER TO BE ISSUED BEFORE DECEMBER FIRST

New Professionally Edited Volume to Include Home Addresses of Students

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Although no definite date has yet been set for the appearance of the 1924-25 University Register, the publication will be issued not later than the first of December, it was announced yesterday.

The Register undertaken professionally this year for the first time, will aim at greater completeness and accuracy than previous issues, edited by undergraduates, have achieved, it was stated.

The most important innovation will be the inclusion of the catalogue of college students in that of the whole University, thus giving one list of names, instead of two as heretofore. The advantage of this change is that the home addresses of all graduates will be included.

The Register had an unusually late start this year. No work was begun until September 25, whereas in previous years, work began in the preceeding spring.

An effort will be made to increase the sale of the Register, especially outside the University. Harvard Alumni Clubs and Libraries all over the country will be solicited.
