Max Rabinoff, the well-known musician will speak this afternoon at 5 o'clock in the Glee Club Room of the Music Building. He will talk informally on "The Founding and the Aims of the Stony Point School of American Opera." All members of the University are invited.

Mr. Rabinoff is known the country over for his liberal efforts in behalf of American music. He is the founder and developer of the American Operatic School at Stony Point, on the Hudson, and will discuss its purposes and results at the meeting this afternoon. The school was founded for the study of American Folk Songs, in an endeavor to secure some basis for a distinctly American opera. A number of musicians live at the school and conduct original and special researches in these subjects.

Mr. Rabinoff has been connected with the musical life of the University for some time. Last year he was instrumental in bringing the Ukranian National Chorus to Sanders Theatre.
