A resolution was filed yesterday in the Legistature by Representative A. F. Blanchard '04 of Cambridge on petition of V. N. Bates '19 of Brookline, which provided for a parkway extending from Fenway near the Art Museum across Roxbury to Edward Everett Square, Dorchester and to be known as President Eliot Parkway. The authors of this measure, both Harvard men, chose President Eliot's 90th birthday as the most appropriate occasion for filing their petition.
