The Freshman quintet defeated the Worcester Academy courtmen by a score of 43-38 yesterday afternoon at Hemenway in a hard fought encounter.

The 1930 five got away to an early lead, but the powerful Worcester aggregation soon made up the handicap, and from then on the play was fast.

Captain Wenner was the star performer in the 1930 team, while Owen was easily the outstanding man for Worcester.
