Yesterday afternoon at the Hemenway Gymnasium the Second University basketball team overwhelmed the United States Naval Training Station team by a score of 42 to 23.
The Navy offered little resistance to the accurate passing and shooting of the Crimson players. M. E. Pierce '30, with seven baskets, was the outstanding player on the floor, while Bingamen was high scorer for the Training Station.
