STEPHEN CROSBY '91 DONATES ELECTRIC CLOCK FOR STADIUM

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

As a result of a gift by Stephen V. R. Crosby '91 Harvard football crowds will be able to keep more accurate account of the time elapsed at football games this fall. Crosby has just donated an electrically operated timing clock for the stadium which will be controlled from the Harvard bench under the direction of the Harvard timekeeper.

The clock, which is being installed now, is ten feet in diameter and is lined off into 30 segments, each of which will represent 30 seconds elapsed time. It will be painted crimson and white and will be placed at the steel stand end of the field where it will be able to be seen from all parts of the stadium.
