Cannell Works Green Until Darkness Stops Practice

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Hanover, N. B., November 8. Not until darkness had shrouded the practice field did Coach Jackson Caunell dismiss his football charges this afternoon. In a long session he drilled the Big Green players in all the tricks of an effective offense, stressing both passes and running plays.

The full-back and left tackle posts are the ones which are worrying Cannell at the present time. Wilkin and R. Morton, brother of William Morton, the two fullbacks, are both out with injuries, so that the job of backing up the line will probably be given to Hedges. Barber and Baldwin are the two ailing tackles and in case neither of them is in shape Haugan will get the call.
