JAYVEE NINE CONQUERS STRONG DEAN ACADEMY

Crimson Fielding Offsets the Heavier Hitting of Losers--Academy Team Considered Local Champions

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Harvard's Jayvee nine trimmed Dean Academy's star team yesterday, 6 to 2. It was Dean's first defeat in 9 games.

Dean's nine succeeded in making more hits than Harvard, but the Jayvees' steady fielding held the score in favor of the Crimson.

Since the school team was considered champion among the schools in the vicinity, the Jayvees consider they acquitted themselves well.
