The delegates to the convention will spend much of their time examining the political conditions in English towns and in attempting to ascertain why the corruption of public employees is so much less prevalent in Great Britain than in the United States, according to Dr. Benson, who left last night.
Dr. G. C. S. Benson, instructor in Government, has been appointed a member of the American delegation to this year's annual conference of the Institute of Local Government Authorities being held in London from May 23 to May 29. Dr. Benson is one of the few faculty members of educational institutions to be invited to the conference.
