As a relief between League games, the Varsity nine will meet a rising Boston University team this afternoon on Soldiers Field at 4 o'clock, in a game postponed from April 15. The visitors shocked the baseball world last Saturday by handing a reputable Brown team a 7-1 beating, and have played three games this year with the polish of a professional nine.

There is little doubt, however, that Taylor will pitch the team to its seventh victory. As the season has progressed the Crimson has become a more formidable threat chiefly because of the work of Nevin behind the plate and at bat. He stands a favorable chance of winding up among the first four batters in the Eastern Intercollegiate League.

The Jayvees will be host to the Worcester Academy team at 4 o'clock on Soldiers Field, and the Freshmen will travel to Middlesex.
