All Freshman Red Book subscribers will receive free of charge about December 1 the annual supplement, the Register. Contained in the Register are pictures, names, addresses of all Freshmen. Distribution date of the yearbook is May 15.
Managers Appointed
Business Manager Harry K. Mansfield and Chairman John F. Brooks recently made Lemuel Bannister, Jr. Circulation Manager and Langdon P. Marvin the Advertising Manager of the publication.
Yesterday Brooks indicated that although the Register will not change in form or content, the Red Book will differ in color plan from books of former years.
Competitions for the various boards will get underway soon. Twenty-two men are competing for places on the Business Board, and successful candidates will join the staff after midyears.
Photographers Report This Week
Next week photographic board competitions begin, but literary staff men are not to report until after midyears. As soon as possible, photographers will take action shots of sport scenes. Football "candids" have already been snapped.
So far subscriptions are "coming in well," Brooks said yesterday.
