John B. Bowditch '37, President of the Student Council today announced the appointment of a committee to study the proposed changes in the formation of the Council with view to gaining additional representation of House Committees.

The committee appointed to study proposals laid before the Council by Morris Earle '38, is headed by Thomas H. Bilodeau '37, and is composed of Earle, Charles W. MacArthur '37, and Neil G. Melone '37. This group will investigate the feasibility of each of the six possible methods of reform proposed in the resolution read at the last Council meeting.

At the same time it was announced that the Council has given $75 additional to the Red Cross for Flood Relief. This constitutes an especial appropriation in addition to the $250 already given.
