CONANT AND SON ON DIFFERENT SIDES FOR MICHIGAN CONTEST

President James B. Conant will have a mixed allegiance this year when Harvard plays Michigan, for his eldest son, James Richard Conant, went to Ann Arbor this fall entering the University of Michigan as a Freshman.

Continually refusing to study at his father's university, young Conant insisted on going to a college where his name would be unknown. It was with this in mind that he decided to root against his father in one of the Crimson's toughest football contests.
