"Frisky" Merriman to Speak On War to '45 Tomorrow

For the first time in their College careers, Freshmen will be able to hear Roger B. Merriman '96, Gurney Professor of History, tomorrow night Known as "Frisky" to many generations of Harvard men, he will speak in the Upper Common Room of the Union. Now that History 1 has lost its "myth," the class of '45 finally has its chance to hear Professor Merriman.

He has chosen to speak on "Harvard and the War." The meeting, sponsored by the Student Defense League, is intended particularly for the Yardlings who have heard of but have never seen, him, although upperclassmen are welcome.
