J. Christopher Finegan '42 of Winthrop House and Edward I. Rothschild '42 of Lowell House, amassed a total of 132 1/2 points to win the annual intercollegiate bridge tournament in New York last Saturday.
Trailing 13 1/2 points behind the winners with a score of 119 was the University of Pennsylvania team of John E. Heppe and Herbert A. Truckess, both of Philadelphia.
Radcliffe College, defending champion, was represented by Miss Elinor Horn and Miss Mary O'Keefe. Radcliffe turned in the lowest score this year, and finished in twelfth place.
Other colleges in the tournament finished as follows: Princeton, third; Cornell, fourth; Wells College, fifth; Yale, sixth; Dartmouth, seventh; Barnard, eighth; Smith, ninth; Brown, tenth; and Sarah Lawrence, eleventh.
