Interdormitory Basketball Is Postponed Till After Exams

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Reading period, midyear examinations and schedule troubles have caused Adolph Samborski '25, Director of Intramural Athletics, to postpone the opening of the interdormitory basketball league until after the examination period.

Originally scheduled to play on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, the Yardlings are requesting a change in the schedule, since most of the cagors are required to attend English A lectures on Thursday afternoons after midyears.

Part of a three-sport program conducted among the Freshman Halls each year, the basketball league will be conducted at Hemenway Gymnasium. The entire program is conducted on a point basis, and the hall which emerges with the greatest number of points after the league competition in football, basketball, and softball, will have its name engraved on a plaque in the Union.
