For their first victory of the year, the Varsity stickmen overpowered the Boston Lacrosse Club 15 to 3 Saturday afternoon on Soldiers Field after losing to New Hampshire 14 to 0 the day before. The Freshman lacrosse team dropped a 9 to 7 heartbreaker to Andover on Saturday, Brad Harris scoring five of the Yardlings' points.
The Lacrosse Club arrived at Soldiers Field short-handed, so Harvard men filled in to make the game possible and official. Dave Park sparked the Crimson with four goals, with Captain Ab Fenn, Summer Simmons, and Don Wilson hitting the cage once each.
