Freshman Register Opens Competition For Chairman

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Candidates for the positions of Chairman and Business Manager of the Freshman Register are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday at 7:30 o'clock, probably in the Adams House Upper Common Room. This will be the first opportunity for members of the Class of 1946 to get on an undergraduate publication.

Although the whole program of publishing the Register has been speeded up along with College acceleration this year practically the same procedure will be followed in choosing the top positions as in the past.

After interviews with George Saxton '44, Student Council Representative for Freshman Affairs, and Dana Reed '43, Chairman of the 1943 Harvard Album, the two officers will be chosen later in the week, and will start work soon afterwards. Competitions for positions on the Editorial, Advertising, and Circulation Boards are to be held later in the summer.
