‘The Architect of the Whole Plan’: Harvard Law Graduate Ken Chesebro’s Path to Jan. 6
The Naval Training Schools (Communications) will double its complement of men starting today when a new class checks in at Litauer Center, Lt. (jg) Kenison, personnel officer of the school, announced today.
The class entering today will be composed of men entering from civilian life and enlisted status in the Navy. They will take a four month course here, three months of which will be general communications and one month of specialized training in communications.
There will be 500 men in the first group and 500 more will arrive every month, according to present plans. In the past each entering class was limited to 250 men.
15th Class Here
This is the fifteenth class to enter the Communications School since it was first established here in 1942. Until last year the school served as a combined indoctrination and communications school for men with no previous midshipman or Navy experience.
Lieutenant Commander Paradise, Offi-
cer in Charge of the NTS (Communications) addressed the last graduation exercises of an entire class. In the new class since some men with specialized future assignments will leave in two or three months, this will be impossible. Prominently among these specialized groups is the large number who will leave after only three months for the amphibious forces training school.
Quarters for the new men will be the present billets plus Wigglesworth. Wigglesworth, the group of buildings which form the Harvard Square bulwark of the Yard, was once the home of Harvard co-eds in the summer session
