Representatives from five theological schools in the Boston area convened at the Harvard Divinity School last Friday in a preliminary meeting to prepare for the New England Interseminary Conference next March. "Burning Issues in Europe Today" was the primary topic of discussion.

Highlighting the meeting were addresses by Douglass Cater '46 and Ewald Mann, former professor of the philosophy of religion in the Estonian Baptist Seminary. Cater reported to the assemblage on the conference of the International Union of Students at Prague last summer.

Attending the conference Friday were members of the Crane Theological School of Tufts University, the Episcopal Theological School, the Andover-Newton Theological School, the Boston University Divinity School, and the University Divinity School.
