Recommendations of the Special Student Council Committee on Class Affairs, released last night, are briefly as follows:
1. Reorganization of the Class setup to provide for Sophomore, Junior, and Permanent Class committees elected separately from slates composed by nominating committees, the latter to be chosen from the Houses and Union officers.
2. Streamlining of the Class Day program, and assumption of financial burden for these ceremonies by the College.
3. Reorganization of Album boards, with a strong request for the granting of loans from the University.
4. Recommendations that these plans be put into immediate operation by the classes of '49 and '50.
