Phillips Brooks House will open its spring program tonight at 7:30 o'clock in the House Parlor with organizational meetings of the Brooks committee and the Speakers and Entertainment committee.
President Ray A. Goldberg '48 will conduct the meeting, and Gordon W. Hedin '46, new chairman Brooks Committee, will explain the workings of his group. At the same time the Speakers and Entertainment Committee will meet prospective members and provide refreshments and entertainment for the entire gathering.
Entertainers Needed
The Brooks Committee, revival of the pre-war organization, is an overall co-ordinating and introductory group. Its function is to acquaint all new men with the work and organization of PBH and to train them for service on one of the regular committees of the House.
The Speakers and Entertainment Committee is looking for men who have entertainment talent of some sort. Novelty and comedy units and bands playing jazz, popular or square dance music are especially desired. Speakers on any topic are also needed.
