The Graduate School of Public Administration played host to the 59th annual convention of the National Association of Railroad and Utilties Commissioners yesterday afternoon, as delegates held their final business session in the Littauer Center auditorium.

Clyde O. Ruggles, professor of public utility management and regulation, welcomed the convention to Harvard; and tours around the Yard and the museums were provided during the afternoon by the Graduate School staff under direction of Charles R. Cherington, assistant professor of government and secretary of the school of public administration.

Leading the discussion of the afternoon session was Richard D. McEntire of the Securities and Exchange Commission at Philadelphia.

Last night the convention adjourned after a dinner meeting at which Senator Leverett P. Saltonstall '14 was the principal speaker.
