NEW HAVEN, Conn., Nov. 15--Herman Hickman, pleased with Yale's spirited showing against Princeton Saturday, began preparations today for the traditional struggle with Harvard at Cambridge this Saturday.
Yale came through the Princeton clash in its best physical shape of the season. Reserve center Win Lovejoy sprained an ankle but may be able to play on a limited scale Saturday.
Regular fullback and end Ferd Nadherny and Brad Quackenbush, both incapacitated last week, will be ready to go and second string center Swede Larsen is expected to see some service.
The varsity regulars held a light workout today, while the reserves scrimmaged with the jayvees.
