Sextet Seeks Third Victory In Encounter with Jumbos

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With almost the identical lineup that upset BU last Tuesday, the varsity hockey team return to action tonight against Tufts in quest of its third straight win of the season. Game time is 7 p.m. in the Arose and afterwards BY will meet MIT.

Harvard is rated a strong favorite over Tufts tonight, but the oddemakers not withstanding, an upset is still possible. Even though the Jumbos were unimpressive in losing, 3 to 2, to Northeastern last week, the men from Medford have a promising outfit which could make trouble, once it gets startell.

This is Tufts first year of New England League hockey since the war, but last year an informal Jumbo squad earned good notices for itself in games with local rivals.

Same Crimson Starters

Tonight Crimson coach John Chase will stick to his current starting lineup of Johnny Chase, goal; Jack Carman and Bill Allen, defense; and Myles Huntington. Dave Abbot, and Doug Anderson, forwards. The only squad change is that Duke Sedgwick will dress as fifth defenseman instead of the veteran Steve Howe.

Chances are that there will be a scout or two from Brown watching tonight's play at the Arena, for the strong Bruin team is clashing with Harvard tomorrow night in Providence.
