The Committee on Scholarships announced last night the award of the Richard Perkins Parker Scholarship to Stephen Myron Schwebel '50, of Lowell House and Brooklyn, N.Y., The scholarship is a memorial to Richard Perkins Parker '21 and is awarded to a "Junior of high character and ability."
