Robert Joseph Stern '50 of Memphis, Tennessee and Lowell House was Thursday night named chairman of the College's National Student Association delegation.

Stern, an NSA delegate last year, was chosen for the post by the recently elected delegation, Thursday his selection was approved by the Council.
