Dr. Richard Ford '36, assistant professor of Legal Medicine, will begin a series of six public lectures on the relations of law and medicine at 5:10 p.m. today in Langdell Hall.
In his first lecture, "Investigation of Deaths in the Public Interest," Ford will give examples to show what deaths should be examined by expert doctors to protect the members of a community.
The other lectures will be held every Tuesday for the next five weeks at the same time and place.
Ford has been medical examiner for Suffolk County since 1946.
