Appointment of Engene G. Kraetzer, Jr. '29, as Recording Secretary of the University was announced last night by James R. Reynolds '23, Assistant to the President.

Kractzer, who graduated from the Law School in 1932, practiced law in Boston prior to his appointment. He lives in Concord, Mass.

Duty of the Recording Secretary is to represent the University in negotiations with gift donors and with estates and trusts in which the University has an interest.
