Hospital Says Demos In 'Better' Condition

Officials at Mount Auburn Hospital said last night that Rafael Demos '19, professor of Philosophy, has been "resting well for the past few days, and his condition is good." Last Wednesday, Demos was stricken with a heart attack, described by doctors as "a comparatively mild" one.

Walter D. Weir, head section man in Philosophy 1, will lecture today in Demos' place. After today, however, John D. Wild '26, professor of Philosophy, will conduct the course. Demos is not expected to return to the course until sometime after the first of the year.
