Two Brown Undergraduates Suspended for False Alarms

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Brown University officials yesterday "suspended indefinitely" two undergraduates charged with ringing in a series of false fire alarms to which virtually all the fire-fighting equipment in the city responded.

The two students are awaiting trial in district court Tuesday. Both have pleaded innocent. Police stated that the entire downtown section was left uncovered in case of fire when fire trucks responded to the alarms.
