The CRIMSON is happy to announce that James B. Conant is President of Harvard, not Yale. It took the quick thinking of George Stewart, professor of English at U.C.L.A., to spot the incriminating error in the Hollywood script of "Night Into Morning."
Since part of the movie was filmed on the U.C.L.A. campus, Stewart has been acting as official consultant. It was his suggestion that Conant be described as President of Harvard rather than Yale, in the movie. The Hollywood moguls took the hint.
