In a year of record-breaking foreign student enrollment in U.S. colleges and universities. Harvard is proportionally third with 730 foreign students (7.1 percent). The University trails only Montezuma Seminary (100 percent) and M.I.T. (10 percent).

A recent "census" reveals that well over 30,000 students from other countries are being trained in the United States this year. Top countries represented are Canada, China, and Germany. The study shows that a big increase has occurred over the past few years in students from Asia, the Near East, and Africa.
