Livingston Hall, vice-Dean of the Law School, will receive a certificate of merit from his alma mater, the University of Chicago, at reunion activities in Chicago today. This year Chicago is awarding 33 of the certificates. They are given to alumni in recognition of distinguished public service.
Among the other recipients of the certificates will be Hall's brother, J. Parker Hall, treasurer of the University of Chicago. J. Parker Hall is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.
