Late yesterday afternoon, the office of the Registrar reported that 4,291 registered for the spring term on Wednesday. 'This is a drop of 79 from last term, when 4,370 registered. The office reported, however, that it expected a number of late registrants.
The late registration fee is $10 for the first week, $20 after that.
