While rehearsing a dueling scene last night for the forthcoming H.D.C. production of Othello, Leo Rosenberg '56 was struck in the eye with a foil.

Rosenberg, playing the part of Cassio, was dueling with Lan W. Caden head '53, president of the Dramatic Club, when the accident occurred. He was rushed to the Massachusetts General Hospital where the injury was temporarily treated. From there he was taken to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

The injury, diagnosed as a contusion, may require surgery, according to hospital officials.

The infirmary reported that Rosenberg was "quite comfortable and sleeping soundly."
