Winter weather may upset freshman tennis and lacrosse schedules today.
The lacrosse team, previously slated to face Deerfield Academy here, will play there instead, if good conditions prevail. "Their playing field was clear as of 6 p.m. last night," Coach Bob Pickett said. Twenty-three members of the squad will travel to Deerfield to meet a team Pickett described as "one of our toughest."
The Yardling's tennis match with Milton Academy is still doubtful, according to Coach Corey Wynn. The team includes two former Milton players and is scheduled to play six singles and three doubles matches. Brooks Harris and Roger Cortesi ranked one and two, respectively, last year.
