For the first time in four years Harvard will meet Oxford University in an international debate, varsity Debate Council president Ralph I. Peters-berger '55 announced last night.
Although the teams have not yet-agreed on the topic. Petersberger indicated it would probably center on some phase of the United States' Far Eastern policy. The date will be Dec. 7.
The Debate Council has not yet picked the team to represent Harvard and will probably have a special Faculty committee make the selection.
