Undergraduates have been behaving "very, very well" at football games since last year's ban on bringing "obvious liquor" into the Stadium, Thomas D. Bolles, Director of Athletics, said last night.
Bolles said that he noticed very little drinking among spectators at Saturday's game with Massachusetts.
Because of such good behavior, the Athletic Director continued, he has decided it will not be necessary to print the liquor ruling on the back of all football tickets. He had planned this action last November, when the Faculty Committee on Athletic Sports first issued its directive "in the interest of those who come to the Harvard Stadium each Saturday to enjoy football game."
