Bundy Honored as Outstanding Citizen

McGeorge Bundy, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, was chosen last Monday by the Boston Junior Chamber of Commerce as one of the seven "outstanding young men" of the Greater Boston area. The seven, all between 21 and 35, were selected from 75 candidates on the basis of professional achievement and community service.

Bundy was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences during the summer of 1953, Aside from being Dean, he is also a professor of Government.

The other six named by the Junior Chamber of Commerce were: Robert C. Bergenheim, Curt Gowdy, Endicott Penbody '42, Everett P. Pope, John F. Rockott, Jr., and Dr. William B. Schwartz.
