Howard T. Lewis, professor of Marketing, received the highest citation awarded to a civilian, from the United States Air Force. Material Command, last Tuesday.

He was honored for his role in devising a system for surveying Air Force contract-buying organizations, and for setting up a special procurement course for the aircraft industry.
